With over 20 years of global experience, I specialize in transforming logistics and supply chain operations through cutting-edge automation and robotics. My career spans five countries across four continents, where I’ve had the privilege of designing, executing and scaling $1B+ logistics networks for some of the world’s most iconic brands—including Amazon, Microsoft, Mercado Libre, Nike, Lululemon, Electronic Arts, and UPS.

My passion lies in leveraging technology to build scalable, efficient, and sustainable intralogistics solutions. From advanced robotics and automation solutions like GTP, ASRS, and AMRs to high-speed sortation and automated packing, I’ve spearheaded 500+ innovative projects exceeding $150M, helping businesses thrive in today’s competitive landscape.

But logistics isn’t just about systems—it’s about people. As a leader, I’ve grown high-performance teams from 10 to 400+ across diverse functions such as design, execution, innovation, and engineering. By fostering a culture of ownership, urgency, and collaboration, I empower teams to deliver results with integrity and measurable impact.

Currently, at Mercado Libre (Nasdaq: MELI)—the largest e-commerce and fintech ecosystem in LATAM—I lead the transformation of its logistics infrastructure. Under my leadership, the network has grown to 25+ fulfillment centers and 350+ transportation hubs, supported by billions of Capex invested.
