Helping leaders automate smarter — scaling $1B+ logistics networks and delivering 500+ automation & robotics projects across five continents.

For 20+ years, I’ve transformed how goods move from factory to doorstep, building and scaling $1B+ logistics networks across the US, LATAM, and Europe. My work spans five countries across four continents, partnering with Amazon, Microsoft, Mercado Libre, Nike, Levi’s, Lululemon, and UPS to rethink operations at a global scale.

I specialize in automation, robotics, and operational excellence, with a track record of 500+ intralogistics solutions across fulfillment, sortation, cross-docking, reverse logistics, and air operations — many valued above $150M.

Currently, as Director of Global Engineering at Ingram Micro — a leader in technology and supply chain services — I oversee automation and engineering across 190+ facilities in 60+ countries, focusing on scale, speed, and efficiency.

Impact Highlights

  • Mercado Libre: Built LATAM’s largest logistics network, scaling from 100 to 400+ sites
  • Amazon: Delivered 30+ high-impact automation projects, transforming fulfillment
  • Microsoft: Designed the entire US e-commerce fulfillment network

I build and empower high-performance teams (10–400+), instilling a culture of ownership, urgency, integrity, and collaboration.

Originally from Spain, I now live in Southern California with my family — continually exploring new technologies, forging strategic partnerships, and shaping the future of logistics.
